We believe that people are the church and this means that people are Gods greatest asset.

Jesus spent his time building strategically into 12 people who he commissioned to then go and build his church. He was the equipper/teacher/trainer and they were the builders of the Church. Eph 4 Pastors & Teachers are to equip/teach and train the saints (building the church) for the work of the ministry. Each believer has a ministry and a call from God which needs to be both:

1. realised (acknowledged)                                  

2. responded to (teaching and training-input)

3. and released (their ministry call in the world)

Our values are based on these fundamental biblical principles that were modelled by Christ, who is the foundation and cornerstone of the church.
