Wayne has an extensive background in both the practical and theoretical areas of Business, Management Leadership Training and Ministry. As a business leader and trainer he actively consults with Organisations and Companies providing personal and professional leadership development skills and training for Industry and Business Leaders.
Wayne has proven entrepreneurial skills in the establishment and creation of South Australia’s largest franchise of Musical Instrument Stores and has continued his involvement in numerous business establishments, start ups and support for many key personalities in the community. Wayne has trained within the Vocational Education and Training Sector for the past five years for multiple National RTO’s having also delivered and developed government accredited curriculum both nationally and internationally. He has taught course curriculum’s including Training & Assessment, Retail Operations, Frontline Management and Theology.

By completing a Diploma of Management & Masters in Educational Leadership inc a research paper (recently published) Wayne has proven his skills in the vocational and academic sectors. Wayne has always maintained a healthy tension between business and ministry. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Adult & Vocational Education. Companies he has trained with include: Investigation Training Australia, Canon Australia, Bridge Business College, Hillsong International Leadership College, Coastlife Church Ltd and Workplace Skills Australia.

Wayne has been a Credentialed minister with the (ACC) Australian Christian Churches for over a decade he has extensive ministry experience Ranging from preaching in open air rallies in Uganda, to training in Church planting schools in Russia.

Virginia is full of passion when it comes to life and she is a straight shooter when it comes to communicating truth. Virginia’s life is marked with prophetic insight and wisdom. She carries the belief that we are all equally valued and created by God for greatness.   She has gained valuable experience through a range of leadership positions in areas including youth, creative arts, finances & as an associate Pastor.

Virginia has developed many skills from her time on staff with some of Australia’s most notable churches as well as from her many years as a business owner. She has developed and implemented many organisational/administrative systems and structures for key churches and organisations. Virginia is committed to serving her generation and seeing people live life to their full potential.

She is a recognised minister with the (ACC) Australian Christian Churches, a wife of 18 years and a mother to two amazing teenage daughters.
